Criminy. Erin, I'm sorry. I got your flyer, too. I have a few more buyers this week who are out looking, but nobody in the Natomas area right now. I will keep you in mind, though. One thing you might consider is to keep collecting offers after the first offer has been submitted. That's what I do. Well, except for the CalVet deals because they want only highest and best. But the rest, I keep on sending them in, just for this very reason.
